The hotel is located conveniently next to Universal Studios, making it perfect for travelers looking to visit the theme park. The rooms, although spacious and cleaned daily, had a slightly damp odor typical of tropical hotels. The service was exceptional, with friendly and accommodating staff who went out of their way to make my 4-year-old feel like royalty. The dining options were delightful, with a pizzeria offering authentic New York-style pizza and exceptionally friendly staff. The location was unbeatable, with easy access to Universal Studios and various dining options nearby.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms were lovely, and I liked having a new Starbucks location right there. However, the carpeted air conditioner caused some dampness issues, making the room feel and smell old.
